EEA Representative
In accordance with Article 27 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the equivalent UK GDPR provision, Age of Light and Ruin has designated an establishment inside the European Economic Area to act as its representative for residents of the EU and the EEA on matters related to the processing of personal data.

When to contact the representative
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may contact our designated representative directly to:
- Exercise any of your data-subject rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR.
- Submit inquiries about how Age of Light and Ruin processes your personal data.
- Serve communications from a competent EU or UK supervisory authority.
Please include the words “EEA Representative” in the subject line of your message and describe your request clearly. Where possible, also state the country in which you reside so that we can route your request to the appropriate authority.
Scope and limits
The representative acts solely as a point of contact for supervisory authorities and data subjects in the EEA and the United Kingdom. The representative is not the controller of your personal data and does not by itself decide how or why your data is processed. The controller remains the operator of Age of Light and Ruin, as identified in our Privacy Policy and Impressum. Designating a representative does not affect the controller's own legal responsibilities under the GDPR.
